• The objective for which the society is established are:-
• To collect the tribal traditional customs, relics, monuments etc.
• To research, record and maintain the origin, purpose, meaning, function and evolution of each item.
• To establish museum and cultural hall etc. for safe custody and exhibition of the customs, relics, monuments, etc., and for revival and modernisation of the culture.
• To evangelise and advertise the tribal culture by way of cultural of cultural festivals and programmes. And appreciate our ancestors with a view of understanding our origin, transition and future course.
• To mould the origin tribal culture towards the modern culture without destroying the identity through education.
• To evangelise the tribal family cohesion and defuse modern family welfare programme.
• To research indigenous resources and harness them for meaningful and useful purpose such as carpentry, blacksmith etc.
• To revive the cohesive relation between the tribal culture and rural environment and excogitate ways and means to develop it. And to develop handloom and weaving industries.
• To establish cultural institution for training and conduct seminar, conference, debate etc. for propagation of tribal culture.
• To revive ancient tribal cottage industries and other occupation and expose the benevolent effect on the life and health of the tribal/rural people and advertise the need for the revival and development of the same.
• To propagate the old tribal art of animal husbandry, farming and expose the suitability to the tribal life and improve the tribal economy.
• To work for harmonious and peaceful relation among the community in order to realise the objectives.
• To stand by the members and non-members in times of needs and provide spiritual and material help to them when needed.
• To do all acts and things which are conducive and incidential to the realisation of the objectives.
• To establish institution/school up to Higher Secondary School to impart quality education supported with the latest technologies and facilities available.
• To run hostel for students of Minorities, Schedule Tribe, Caste, OBC, Orphan, Girls students etc. provide education with affordable fees.
• To provide home and gives Education for Poor, Orphans & Needy Children’s to facilitate equal development with hope and trust of individual ship.
• To arrange accommodation/ Home and Education for weaker sex (Females), HIV/AIDS patients/ Street child.
• To set up vocational Training Centre Course, Training and create self-employment opportunities making them self-reliance
• To arrange Computer training Centre/other Professional course for youth, Leaders Minorities, Backward, areas people etc.
• To run Public Library with hiring/ lending service for the community, public books, journals, Magazine’s etc.
• To Organised Co-Curricular Activities such as NSS/NCC/Scouts & Guides, training them for a good future citizen of our nation.
• To provide Non- Formal Education for Dropped out students. Literacy campaign, sponsored educations tour/arrange research work.
• Organise Youth camp, Leadership Training, Teachers Training etc.
• Organise Medical camp & Healthy Campaign for healthy living. To organise blood donation campaign/awareness/sensitization etc.
• Provide free education to the children’s whose parents are under poverty line. Encourage free and compulsory education for all.
• Organise social awareness campaign/seminar/workshop to eradicate social evils, taboo differences, disintegration, population control, health, drugs abuse etc.
• Arrange sponsor/stipend and grants for meritorious students hailing from Minorities, Tribal, and OBC etc. to pursue up to secondary level/pursue further education/training.
• Organise special coaching course for students of Minorities/OBC/Tribal/Women group for exams/selection/job etc.
• To raise the fund by way of receiving fees, subscription, donation etc. from the members and non-members and seek assistances from the Government and other funding agencies for realisation of the objectives.
• The management of the affairs of the society shall vest to a managing committee form in accordance with the provision of the Act and rules and By- Laws of this agency. The members of the managing committee being as follow:
