1. No student will be allowed to sit for exam without the admit card. Admit cards are issued before each terminal examination to only those who have cleared the fees up to current months. No admit cards will be issued on exam days.
2. Progress reports will be given after every unit and terminal test. They are to be signed by parents/guardians. Parents of the K.G. and class I students will collect the progress report directly from the school.
3. Marks obtained in the weekly, unit test and terminal examinations will be taken into consideration for promotion.
4. Pupils who are absent from the terminal examination will be considered as failed.
5. The final session examination held in December will be considered as promotion, but the marks gained by the students at previous examinations will be taken into account.
6. No pupils who fail for years in succession will be kept in the school.
7. Promotions are decided in the teacher’s meeting, hence results are final and cannot be reconsidered. A pupil who does not have 85% attendance is considered to have failed.
8. A pupil who fails in any of the major subjects or two minor subjects is considered to have failed.
- Major subjects: English, Mathematics, General science, Social science
- Minor subjects: All other subjects
9. Pupils found with books, notes, copying or using unfair means at the examination will forfeit their marks and will be considered as having failed and may incur expulsion from the school.
10. Parents/guardians are welcome to meet the principal/headmaster on every Saturday to discuss about the progress of their children (between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.)
11. Insult, misconduct, harassment, etc. by the parents/guardians to the teachers are grave matters and may be sufficient reason for the dismissal of their students.
12. A student who fails to write any exam without valid reason will pay a sum of Rs.1000/-per person.
