​​​     RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Every pupil must possess a school calendar which should be brought to school daily.

2. Pupils must be in the school twenty minutes before the classes. Pupils who come to the school ten minutes late will lose the attendance and must get late-record duly signed by the Headmaster/Principal before going to the class.

3. Irregular attendance, habitual want of application, insubordination to teacher, any kind of cheating or serious misconduct even outside the school premises or any habit of behaviour objectionable to the good tone of the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a pupil.

4. Any damage done in the class or compound such as furniture, Library books, building, etc. will have to be made good.

5. During the recess no pupil is to remain in the class rooms. All must take part in the recreation.

6. To acquire greater facility in the study of English, only English should be spoken even in the School premises.

7. Pupils are expected to take part in all the extra activities of the school.

8. No pupil will be excused from physical exercises without a doctor’s certificate.

9. All the collections and extra activities done in the school need prior permission from the principal.

10. The engagement of private tutors may prove injurious to real progress and should not be done without consulting the Principal or Headmaster.

11. All complains, requests and positive suggestions shall personally be brought to the Principal/Headmaster by the parents.

12. The school authorities will not be responsible and will not get involved in the problems of a student which has its origin from some family crisis. The parents will have to settle it by themselves.

13. Parents or guardians are requested not to see their children or interview teachers during school hours and in the class rooms.

14. A record of the addresses of parents and guardians is maintained in the school office and they are requested to communicate any changes without delay.

15. Parents will take the children in time when the school is dispersed.

16. Politeness and courtesy of speech and conduct as well as cleanliness of dress and person will be inculcated and exacted.​​


LEAVE OF ABSENCE

1. No pupils should be absent without obtaining leave previously.

2. Absents shall be imposed a fine of Rs.10/- from classes 1-VII and Rs.20/- for classes VIII-IX per day in the absence of leave letter. Leave can be granted/rejected by the principal or any other deputed by him.

3.If a student is absent for 15 days without prior leave application, the student’s name may be cancelled from the register.

4. Absent fine during the school Annual Games & Sports Meet, Social Works, or any other important days of the school is Rs 100/- per day.

5. Pupils who have absented must bring a written justification in the “Absence Record” in their calendar before going to class he/she must get it signed by the Headmaster.

6. Pupils will be granted special holidays according to their creed, if applied for in the time by their parents or guardians.

7. Generally admissions are taken only to K.G.

8. Pupil must be introduced personally by their parents or guardians, who will be responsible for their regularity of attendance and fees.

9. Interview of the student with the Principal/Headmaster is necessary for a new admission.

10. School leaving certified will be given only to those who have fully cleared their dues; at a fee of Rs. 100/-or can be changed from time to time. Parents must apply in writing for school leaving certificate. Those who have taken school leaving certificate will not be re-admitted in the school at any time.

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE BOARDERS

1. English shall be strictly used as medium of communication in the boarding among the boarders and with the concerned warden or head of the boarding. Speaking of the other dialects shall be given severe punishment.

2. A student once admitted to the boarding should not be withdrawn by parents or any responsible person/guardian in any conditions except on serious sickness or service transfer/shifting of parents & family to outside the district/state. If willing to withdrawn from the boarding without reasonable proof, a sum of Rs.5000/- is to be paid for vacating the seat.

3. Parents/guardians should not meet his/her son/daughter directly in the boarding without prior permission of the principal/headmaster or warden.

4. Any eatables such as chilly, dry meat, dry fish chillies, sweets & fruits send in parcel or through friends or guardians for his/her ward(S) must be check & show to the warden to prevent over eating and complain of sickness after eating of the said eatables.

5. No permission for attending any function in the village should be granted except on immediate relative’s function which should be proof by furnishing related invitation card.

6. No third person will be allowed to pick up the boarders(s) without written authorization from the concerned parents.

7. In case of sickness in the boarding, first-aid medicines will be given by the school authority and the expenses of the medicines and treatment must be re-imbursed by the parents.

8. Taking out of boarders by parents or relatives for dinner or launch frequently is not allowed.

9. Any boarder who continuously create problems among his/her roommates in the boarding such as fighting, ragging, quarrelling, stealing, spoiling school properties, speaking unwanted words, disobeying rules & regulations of the boarding and school and showing stubbornness is liable to expelled from the boarding without prior information to the parents.

10. Smoking, chewing pan, taking intoxicants drugs, applying cosmetics except hair clip is strictly prohibited.

11. Visiting by parents to the boarding’s is permitted on every 2nd Saturday of the month. In case of unavoidable circumstances, serious sickness and emergency case in the family permission will be granted.         

12. Boarders are prohibited to go out of the school premises.

13. No boarders are allowed to use/bring sharp edge or equipment in the boarding.

14. Boarders should compulsorily join daily study hours not less than two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening.

15. If parents fail to clear up the boarding’s fees consecutively two months, his/her son or daughter is liable to be sent home for clearing the outstanding dues.

16. In case of serious sickness during vacation at home and hospitalise, prior information should be intimated to the authority.

17. If any boarders is failed to report on the fixed/arrival day after vacation to the boarding without reasonable ground a sum of Rs.100/- per student will be imposed as fine per day.

18. Home treatment and concerned of love and care should not be enforced or applied to his/her son/daughter by the parents/guardians at the time of visiting to the boarding.

19. If any complaint is sought against the boarders other than his/he son/daughter by the parents or any guardians, quarry and information must be obtained first from the warden or head of the institution.

20. Any action taken against the boarder by the warden or head of the school for correction of   the boarders should not be misunderstood by the parents.

21. Participants in the boarding co-curricular activities, attending church services, everyday devotion. Bible class, Music class is compulsory for every boarder.

22. Any activities organise by teachers or day scholars not related to boarders should not be attended by any boarder without prior permission from school authority and warden.

23. Any other rules related with the boarding from time to time shall be enforced by the school and must be followed.

24. Use of cell phone in the boarding/school is prohibited.
